Cancellation Policy
Please review the following policy before booking.
Clients may cancel appointments online up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations within 48 hours must be made by contacting me directly.
Same-day cancellations or no-show appointments will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total as this time was reserved exclusively for you.
For no-show appointments, a 50% fee may be automatically charged.
Please note that fees may be adjusted or waved at my discretion depending on the circumstance, clear and timely communication is always appreciated.
